At IndiGrid, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management to lead our Indirect Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategic sourcing for corporate office needs, encompassing facilities, administration, and IT services.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage the RFx process (RFI, RFP) and drive vendor selection.
- Implementing effective procurement strategies across IT categories, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to user requirements.
- Fostering strong relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, and terms while maintaining compliance.
- Overseeing P2P Process in SAP & Maximo to maintain a high-performing vendor base.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A graduate degree with 4-7 years of experience in Indirect sourcing, specifically in IT and Admin functions.
- Proven expertise in Procure to Pay domain and exceptional communication skills.
