WordPress Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress developer to join our team as a key member.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain website content, including blogs, events, podcasts, and resources.
  • Design and create new pages, landing pages, and microsites that meet business objectives.
  • Customize and manage WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to front-end and back-end development.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including front-end and back-end expertise.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages.
  • Experience with WordPress page builders, such as Elementor or Divi.
  • Strong design sense and ability to translate mockups into functional pages.
  • Familiarity with plugins, integrations, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization principles.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite design tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing integrations, such as Zoho or Mailchimp.
  • Prior experience managing websites for events or professional services.
