Job Title: DFT Expert

We are seeking a skilled Digital Test (DFT) professional to play a key role in the development and implementation of digital test methodologies for our products.

This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate test solutions that meet our high standards of quality.

About the Role:

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts and best practices to ensure accurate results.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion for complex digital designs.
  • Provide expertise in test mode timing constraints definition and corrective actions for timing violations.
  • Automate tasks and improve efficiency by utilizing scripting languages such as Perl and shell.
  • Conduct RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors to ensure accurate results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and other relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively within an international team environment, adapting quickly to new tools and methodologies.
  • Prioritize multiple high-priority designs and deliver results efficiently under pressure.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and improve overall quality.
  • Foster excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DFT design and development.
  • Strong understanding of DFT concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and shell.
  • Knowledge of test mode timing constraints definition and corrective actions for timing violations.
