Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

System Soft Technologies is seeking a skilled Middleware Engineer with a strong background in DevOps to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will manage middleware technologies while also focusing on automating and optimizing our development, deployment, and infrastructure processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage middleware technologies to ensure efficient and scalable systems.
  • Automate and optimize development, deployment, and infrastructure processes.
  • Work closely with software development, IT operations, Security, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient systems.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and infrastructure as code.
  • Oversee cloud environments, including Azure, to ensure secure and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE practices, including managing cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing middleware solutions on Azure.
  • Strong experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and infrastructure as code.
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud environments, including Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt for cloud provisioning.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide technical mentorship.
  • BA/BS degree in CS or related field with 10 plus years of experience.
