Job Overview:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative electric vehicles and e-bikes. Our company is committed to revolutionizing the transportation industry with cutting-edge technology.

We are seeking a talented engineer who can contribute to our mission by designing and developing high-quality vehicle systems, ensuring compliance with CMVR regulations, and collaborating with suppliers to improve design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs and specifications for vehicle systems, including knowledge of automobile systems, especially 2W.
  • Integrate vehicle systems, including engineering bill of materials (BOM) and engineering change notices (ECNs).
  • Manage New Product Development (NPD) cycles, from concept to launch.
  • Design and draft parts with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements for vehicle systems.
  • Thoroughly understand materials and material properties to ensure optimal design decisions.
  • Convert technical requirements into robust and detailed designs.
  • Knowledge of CMVR / Homologation requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Solid Works is mandatory, along with hands-on experience in part modeling, drafting, assembly, system layouts, and vehicle level layouts.
  • PLM knowledge is also required.
  • Familiarity with Hyper mesh and CAE analysis is beneficial.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent behavioral skills, including team participation, interpersonal communication, persuasiveness, self-discipline, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
