School Administrator

At VIBGYOR Group of Schools, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Principal to lead our academic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of academic performance, driving school improvement, and developing a strategic vision for the school's future.

• Financial Operations: Prepare and manage the school's budget, ensure timely collection of fees, and monitor fee receivables. Optimize costs by monitoring vendors and other payments.
• Academic Operations: Ensure optimal utilization of teaching staff, delegate additional responsibilities, and ensure statutory regulations are followed. Coordinate with government authorities and boards, implement curriculum and activities as per guidelines, and manage school events effectively.
• Administrative Operations: Coordinate and supervise administration activities, ensure proper audits, and maintain neat and correct documents. Participate in admission and marketing planning, and coordinate with various departments for smooth school operations.
• HR Operations: Ensure maximum adherence to HR policies, recruit efficient resources, and control attrition by facilitating a conducive work environment. Handle staff grievances, organize staff engagement activities, and ensure teaching and non-teaching staff are taken through induction programs.
• Admission Management: Plan and execute effective admission processes, ensure admission targets are met, and train and mentor the Relationship Cell team.

Requirements: Any specialization and postgraduate in education. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve their best. Experience in academic operations, financial management, and HR management is essential.
