Job Title: Regional Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced social media professional to drive growth and engagement across school fan pages in Ludhiana.

The successful candidate will have expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaigns, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Production (60%):
  • Create high-quality videos weekly using Reels, Shorts, testimonials, and event highlights.
  • Publish daily shorts across YouTube and social media platforms.
  • Design static posts weekly using graphics, carousels, and stories.
  • Update weekly Google My Business posts.
  • Growth & Engagement (25%):
  • Deliver 15% monthly follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share weekly updates with photos, events, and announcements.
  • Drive at least 6 Google reviews per month per location.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives (15%):
  • Execute at least one localized digital campaign per month.
  • Train students to create content through Social Media Clubs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable insights.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
  • 5 videos/week, daily shorts, and 5+ static posts/week.
  • 15% monthly follower growth and 10%+ engagement rate.
  • At least 6 Google reviews/location/month.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on short-form video creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
  • A proven track record of achieving 15%+ monthly account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
