Our organization is seeking a skilled Full-stack developer to collaborate with leading companies on cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI models using clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine AI models through the implementation of effective algorithms and data structures.
  • Evaluate model performance by conducting thorough benchmarking and response ranking exercises.
  • Enhance model accuracy by utilizing high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and peer review processes.
  • Continuously innovate by exploring new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Familiarity with Node.js or NestJS and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Docker containerization.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Able to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
