Web Development Expert Needed

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to lead our web development team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing web applications, pages, and custom components.
  • Integrating external APIs and building custom WordPress plugins, modules, and themes.
  • Managing website architecture, themes, and hosting.
  • Implementing and managing web security conditions (CSP), server migrations, and managing the process of making and delivering software, from coding to deployment via a CI (Continuous Integration) pipeline.
  • Analyzing and maintaining system and web application performance standards and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Providing technical direction and system architecture guidance, demonstrating strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in web development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Technical proficiency in languages and frameworks such as HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, JSON, jQuery, Python, Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, Express.js, and ASP.NET.
  • Proficiency in databases, APIs, cybersecurity best practices, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with WordPress upgrades, hosting, and scaling sites for high traffic.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a global environment.
