About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's narrative through strategic partnerships and content collaborations.

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Influencer Onboarding Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in influencer marketing, brand coordination, and content production to drive business growth and engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, outreach, and onboarding influencers and content creators to align with our brand vision and values.
  • Coordinating communication, follow-ups, and content tracking to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Supporting pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns, including styling assistance, prop management, location setup, and vendor liaison.
  • Tracking influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules, maintaining organized records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events.
  • Good organizational and logistical management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
