Machine learning is a core component of our organization's data-driven strategy. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sophisticated machine learning systems and models that meet specific business needs.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Select and prepare high-quality datasets for training and testing.
  • Train and retrain models as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Data Handling:

  • Analyse and preprocess data for model training using advanced techniques.
  • Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for seamless data flow.
  • Identify and address data quality issues to minimize errors and maximize model accuracy.

Deployment and Monitoring:

  • Deploy models to production environments with minimal downtime.
  • Monitor model performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain deployed models to ensure continued success.
  • Evaluate potential risks of AI/ML use cases and implement appropriate safeguards to mitigate those risks.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Infrastructure and Tools:

  • Build and maintain the infrastructure required for machine learning model deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning tools and technologies to ensure continued innovation.

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to machine learning model development and deployment.
  • Analyse model errors and design strategies to overcome them.

Ethical Considerations:

  • Ensure that AI/ML systems are developed and deployed responsibly and ethically.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Strong understanding of the Python ecosystem for data science and machine learning (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with classical machine learning algorithms and Predictive Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

Prior Experience:

  • Total of 5-7 years of Experience.
  • Worked on 3 to 4 AI/ML projects and should be involved in design, development & deploying learning models and systems.
  • Designed and implemented a scalable machine learning pipeline for systems that deal with huge volumes of data.
