Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mobile application developer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mobile apps using various technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Java (Android), and Swift (iOS).
  • They will also implement state management using BLoC, Redux, or equivalent libraries, and experience with local databases like Realm, SQLite, and cloud-based solutions like Firebase is highly desirable.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to architect and implement REST APIs for mobile applications, and translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect mobile app interfaces.

Team Management

  • The successful candidate will lead a team of developers, guiding them to enhance their technical and professional skills.
  • They will maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and concerns in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will effectively manage challenges and disputes, maintaining team harmony and project progress.
  • They will monitor team performance, availability, and overall well-being, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
