Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO expert with a strong track record of delivering successful implementations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to drive successful deployments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: A full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
