
Client Services Professional

We are seeking a Client Services Professional with expertise in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between our team and clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Understand client business objectives and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
- Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
