Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assembly and Test Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing manufacturing products in accordance with company standards.

  • Manage daily work management targets using APSYS board
  • Maintain on-time delivery performance as per production planning target
  • Improve and sustain 5S discipline in the shop floor
  • Evaluate technical constraints and escalate to team leader or engineering project unit for solution
  • Treat company property with utmost care including tools, jigs & fixture, dongle keys...
  • Adhere to shop floor discipline and punctuality
  • Respect work package hours and support team leader or EPU for improvements
  • Comply with documents and procedures to ensure quality in processes
  • Enhance product quality and reduce costs
  • FOLLOW safety procedures and norms inside the factory and workstation
  • Participate in training programs and organizational development activities
  • Suggest process improvements for SQCD enhancement through creativity
ResponsibilitiesQualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of electrical & electronics equipment and safety conditions
