Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update student records, including marks, attendance, and personal information.
  • Design and manage databases or student information systems tailored to the school's needs.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on student performance, attendance, and progression.

Collaborate with faculty and administration to streamline data entry and documentation processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and institutional policies.

  • Analyze academic data to identify trends and support decision-making for curriculum improvements.
  • Assist with automation of routine reporting tasks and document management.
  • Support the integration of various educational tools and platforms with the student data system.

Train staff on proper use of data management systems and software. The ideal candidate will have strong data management and database skills, experience with student information systems, and knowledge of data privacy and security practices related to student records.
