Finance and Advisory Team - Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and management dashboards.
  • Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and taxes deducted at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA) intermediate or master's degree in commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
