Job Description:

  1. Lead IT delivery and strategy to align with organizational goals.
  2. Manage IT teams including project managers, developers, and other professionals.
  3. Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the IT department.
  4. Oversee IT project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring on-time completion within scope and budget.
  5. Establish project management methodologies, standards, and tools for consistent delivery.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Act as primary point of contact for all IT delivery-related matters.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, and vendors.
  9. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT teams and other departments.
  10. Allocate resources efficiently for optimal project delivery.
  11. Manage IT talent recruitment, development, and retention.
  12. Ensure the IT team is adequately trained and equipped with necessary skills and tools.
  13. Implement quality assurance processes for high-quality IT solutions.
  14. Conduct regular reviews and audits of IT projects to identify areas for improvement.
  15. Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  16. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.
  17. Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies.
  18. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
