Delphi Consulting Middle East is seeking a talented Cloud Security Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and implement Microsoft compliance solutions, ensuring organizations meet their data protection and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
This role involves collaborating with clients, designing solutions, and overseeing compliance implementations to align with their business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Purview Compliance Suite and a strong understanding of industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and deployment of Microsoft compliance tools, including: Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, Records Management.
  • Develop tailored compliance strategies based on customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Configure compliance policies, labels, and rules to secure sensitive data and maintain governance.

What You'll Bring:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT compliance and governance, with at least 3 years specializing in Microsoft compliance products.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview Compliance Suite and its components.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CCPA, and SOX.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center and advanced auditing features.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex compliance solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on delivering compliance solutions.
