Senior Manager Role

The role of a Senior Manager involves working closely with business heads to implement strategic growth initiatives. This includes conducting industry mapping exercises, researching demand and supply side dynamics, competitive landscapes, key trends, and influencing M&A strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities
  • Deal sourcing through research, leveraging public tools and market intelligence platforms
  • Building relationships with target companies
  • Preparing collateral materials, such as financial models and valuation analysis
  • Analyzing companies based on company information and research reports
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Customer Success, and SCM teams to support diligence activities
  • Collaborating with external consultants
  • Supporting the integration of acquired companies into the company ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of front-end transaction advisory/investment banking experience with end-to-end M&A transaction lifecycle experience
  • Experience working on private deals, with at least two full deal cycles completed
  • Superior research skills, resourcefulness, and data analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
