Enterprise CRM Implementation Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to fill a CRM+TOSCA position.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless implementation of CRM systems. Your primary focus will be on MS Dynamics CRM + TOSCA, with a strong emphasis on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
Responsibilities include coordinating with development teams to provide better understanding of business user needs, helping resolve queries related to requirements, documenting business requirements, and obtaining customer acceptance.
Key qualities required for this role include excellent communication skills, ability to work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios, and experience with SSRS reporting services.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM
- Familiarity with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
- Strong knowledge of Agile or Waterfall approach
- Experience with Power Apps Flow Power BI and Common Data Model
