Job Title: E-commerce Web Development Specialist

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for skilled web developers to join our team as an e-commerce web development specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites on multiple platforms.

About the Role:

\
  • Develop and maintain websites across WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WooCommerce, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand website design, functionality, and technical specifications.
  • Customize and build front-end and back-end solutions including themes, plugins, and server integrations.
  • Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website functionality.
  • Manage website hosting, DNS, databases, and perform timely security updates.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery from wireframe to final deployment (go-live).
  • Provide post-launch training and support to clients as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in web development.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
  • Hands-on experience with website architecture, e-commerce platforms, and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of DNS, hosting, databases, and backup management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
