We are looking for a highly skilled Data Architect Lead to join our team and help us shape the future of our data infrastructure.

As a Data Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end data architecture solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

You will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, ensure that data architecture solutions align with business goals and scalability needs, and lead the design of data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in data architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure-based data solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Azure cloud services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Databricks.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable, high-performance data systems and building data pipelines for cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts in the context of cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, and/or Scala for data integration and automation.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based data storage solutions, including Blob Storage, Data Lake Storage, and Azure SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in decision-making processes.
