Job Description:

A Content Creator is a dynamic professional responsible for developing engaging and culturally relevant content for various social media platforms.

  • Developing content that aligns with the campaign goals.
  • Independently managing social media assets, including content creation, curation, and scheduling.
  • Editing and refining high-quality content as needed.
  • Collaborating with the communication team to develop strategic messaging and effective content initiatives.
  • Fostering active engagement with audiences by understanding their sentiments and tailoring content to resonate with their perspectives.
  • Utilizing multimedia elements to enhance the visual appeal and impact of content.
  • Staying updated on political trends, news, and cultural nuances in India to incorporate insights into the content strategy.
Requirements:
  • 2-6 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and strategic communication.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft engaging content.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends, especially within the context of political landscape.
  • A keen interest in Indian politics, with an understanding of regional political dynamics, ideologies, and current affairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Specialization or coursework in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Political Communication.
  • Language proficiency in Hindi/English.
Role Details:

This is a short-term contractual role. Tamil language proficiency is a must for this role.
