Visual Communications Assistant

We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life through graphic design, content creation, and social media strategy.

This role combines visual communications, creative writing, and social media management to ensure our online and offline presence remains engaging and on-brand.

  • Design and Content Creation: Design social media posts, community updates, event collaterals, banners, and other marketing assets.
  • Storytelling and Writing: Craft compelling captions, headlines, and copy that resonate with our audience.
  • Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Event Support: Create visuals and content for upcoming events, tournaments, and activations.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas.

You'll be ideal if:

  • You have a passion for clean design and fast execution.
  • You understand the importance of social-first brands and can turn ideas into engaging visuals.
  • You're creative, curious, and always up for experimenting.
  • You're proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), or similar tools.
  • You have basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
  • You have a keen eye for social media trends, design, and community building.
  • Bonus: You love sport, culture, or bringing people together.
