**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Supervisor Leader to join our team at Larsen & Toubro. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring strict safety and security norms are maintained on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production drawings, processes, and specifications, as well as excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of workmen. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain discipline among team members will ensure that production targets are met efficiently.

In this role, you will be required to work in all three shifts by rotation and lead the team with confidence. You will also need to have exposure to fabrication and welding processes, cutting, bending, and raw material processes.
