Lead Automation Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of automation solutions to streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain RPA bots using best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure they follow coding standards.
  • Manage RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Perform process assessments to analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning of implemented bots.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration and seamless functionality across systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools.
  • Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
