System Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled System Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and usability of sales tools.

This position is responsible for liaising between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  • Document and prioritize system enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Acceleration teams to execute systemic enhancements through Agile methodologies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding hierarchical structures, including role, forecast, and territory hierarchies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working collaboratively in Agile environments.
