Chief Audio Visual Specialist

As a skilled audio visual professional, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. Your expertise in AV project management will be invaluable as you lead clients' AV teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering requirements from end users for AV related projects
  • Designing solutions based on received briefs and gathered requirements
  • Obtaining business approval for AV solutions
  • Providing final designs to stakeholders for quotes from vendors
  • Evaluating technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  • Coordinating downtimes for implementation of projects once purchase orders are issued
  • Verifying drawings received from vendors. Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
  • Coordinating with internal teams for room readiness required for deployment of AV systems
  • FOLLOW-UP with vendors for timely delivery according to purchase orders
  • End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams, follow-up and close-out of all dependencies
  • Ensuring the execution of projects meets customers' satisfaction
  • Extensive project documentation throughout project lifecycles
  • Quality checking physical installations
  • Testing and commissioning of AV systems
  • Taking handover from vendors with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals and equipment specification sheets, to be uploaded to a central repository
  • Assisting asset management teams in verifying deliveries according to PO and providing asset tags to equipment
  • Providing handovers of projects to operations teams/customers with proper training on usage of installed systems
  • Providing remote first-level support for maintenance calls
  • If required, visiting project sites to address issues or troubleshoot
  • Performing periodic health checks of AV systems and providing inputs on improvements if required
  • Conducting extensive proof-of-concepts for latest technologies
