About our Doctor Intern opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Doctor Intern – Holistic Health Consulting. This is a unique chance to apply your knowledge in a modern, digital wellness environment while gaining real-world experience in client engagement and holistic consulting.

As a Doctor Intern, you will be responsible for connecting with clients over video consultations, educating them about FUME's holistic health process, reviewing their reports and lifestyle details, and guiding them on the next steps toward long-term wellness.

This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence. You must be comfortable conducting video consultations and have a passion for lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing.

The ideal candidate will have completed a degree in AYUSH or allied doctor-track fields and have a strong interest in client-facing work. The internship is part-time initially and will transition into a full-time role with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) pathway after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
  • Review basic health reports, symptoms, and lifestyle details
  • Educate clients on FUME's holistic health transformation methodology
  • Support clients in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes
  • Build trust, explain recommended next steps in simple terms
  • Document accurate records of conversations and progress
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches for escalations and guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, or related AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs
  • Not open for candidates with 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable conducting video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Empathetic, confident, and client-facing personality
  • Interest in lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing
  • Must maintain a healthy & fit lifestyle in line with our values
