Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient patient service through effective coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To minimize wait times for patients to see consultants.
  • Monitor the appointment schedule before OPD starts and inform doctors about first appointments.
  • Provide accurate information to patients if doctors are late or require additional procedures.
  • Coordinate admission and smooth discharge of patients through counseling services.
  • Ensure doctor requirements are met for basic amenities in rooms.
  • Coordinate stationery availability, including stethoscopes, blood pressure apparatus, prescription pads, and visiting cards.
  • Monitor patient scheduling between CRC appointments and walk-ins.
  • Address any doctor requirements regarding communication and follow-up with patients.
  • Verify that Doctor Referral investigations are billed at the hospital correctly.
