Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Digital Process and Excellence

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Process and Excellence team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business process improvement and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements and document project scope, including conceptual design solutions.
  • Map business processes and propose recommendations for process automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to transform manual operations to digital using latest technologies.
  • Execute tasks and produce deliverables as outlined in the Project plan.
  • Coordinate and support project phase activities at rollout sites as per defined in rollout validation plan.
  • Contribute to overall project objectives and specific deliverables.
  • Review validation documents.
  • Prepare and review risk assessment and control activities.
  • Work with architects and business partners to identify technical solutions and business process improvements.
  • Interact with end users and solution provider to develop system design specification and functional specifications.
  • Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks / issues, manage scope and for change follow change management process.
  • Work with business partners, internal team to work on any hardware / software procurement as per the project resources.
  • Prepare relevant SOP's and coordinate with respective department to revise the SOP if required.
  • Analyze system issues in LIMS applications to escalate with business partners and get it resolved along with necessary documentation review.
  • Ensure compliance to procedures for all the activities in GxP relevant systems.
  • Act as SME for technical aspects related to functionalities for application.
  • Analyze issue and query raised by end user or any system bug observed in running application.
  • Review and confirm release note send by vendor for any issues or requirements.
  • Support evaluation, verification and testing of any patch updated in the application.
  • Train concern team members related to LIMS application and relevant SOP's.
  • Test, followed by operational qualification for application changes.
  • Active participation in executing validation activities such as IQ, SAT and UAT at rollout sites.
  • Support Master Creation.
  • Support application during inspections, Internal & External Audits.
  • Overall project deliverable – scoping, project planning, requirements document, proposal and other requisite documents.
  • Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks / issues, manage scope and for change follow change management process.
  • Plan, execute and coordinate for the user trainings.
  • LIMS System Administration for the respective applications for the User Account Management, System Maintenance and System Upgrades.
  • LIMS Application health / performance check as per the recommendations from the business partners.

Requirements:

  • Educational qualification: A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related quality management software.
    • Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with experience in deriving insights from quality-related data.
  • Behavioural skills:
    • Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, showcasing self-reliance and autonomy.
    • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
    • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality of work.
