Job Overview

The role of Senior User Experience (UX) Designer involves crafting user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on intuitive design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

  • User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Collaborate closely with product teams to translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • UI/UX Design: Utilize design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that present clear design concepts and user journeys.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs and participate in regular design reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Usability Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to gather valuable feedback and insights. Refine designs to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction based on testing outcomes.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, user research, and final outcomes.
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including UI/UX design, user research insights, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
