Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations is essential. You should have a strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures. Additionally, you must be able to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
