As a software engineer with exceptional skills in Full Stack development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge Conversational Text AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions integrated with echo systems and enterprise data platforms.

A strong background in Generative AI & Model Optimization is highly desirable, with expertise in fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs with proprietary NBFC data and performing distillation, quantization of LLMs for edge deployment.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with product owners and domain experts to build reusable components for business process.

We are seeking a talented individual who can contribute to the design of modular, extensible, enterprise-grade architectures and fine-tune & optimization for speed, accuracy, performance and maintainability across business units.

Apart from this, knowledge of Self-Learning Frameworks, lightweight local models to enable real-time learning on the edge and familiarity with tools like Redis, Postgres, Vector Embeddings, Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech Services, Azure COSMOS, DevOps, CI/CD is essential.

  • Familiarity with languages such as Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS is required
  • A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is necessary
  • Strong programming skills and problem-solving abilities are desired
