Workday Absence Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement, configure, and support Workday Absence Management solutions for partners.

The successful candidate will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include collaborating within the project framework, conducting workshops to identify absence management requirements, drafting functional specifications, configuring the Workday Absence Management module, monitoring progress, defining testing scenarios, and providing user assistance during transition to Workday Absence.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance is necessary.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday is highly valued.
