Graphics & UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphics and User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will conceptualize, design, and deliver assets that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
