About the Role

This is a high-impact integration project leadership role in a dynamic digital solutions company. We are seeking an experienced Digital Integration Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end integration projects, ensuring optimal architecture, scalability, and quality.

  • Technical Leadership: The ideal candidate will design and develop integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure API Management (APIM), and Azure Functions.
  • Best Practices & Patterns: They will establish and enforce integration patterns, best practices, and coding standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and security in all integrations.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Our successful candidate will work closely with clients, integration analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, map integration flows, and address technical challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: They will oversee the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards. Perform code reviews, establish testing protocols, and monitor performance to uphold reliability.
  • CI/CD and Automation: The successful candidate will set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, utilizing Bicep or other IaC tools to streamline deployment processes.
  • Technical Mentorship: They will guide and support junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes learning and growth.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Our ideal candidate will document integration workflows, technical specifications, and process flows, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and alignment with project goals.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in integration development, with 2+ years in a lead role, ideally using Azure integration services. You should possess expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Azure Functions. Proficiency in integration design patterns, data mapping, and best practices for system integration is also required. Additionally, you should have experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation using tools like Bicep.
