Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a robust social media presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive link building, content marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic and generate interest in products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft compelling advertisements and optimize the user experience, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  • Spearhead campaigns for enhanced brand visibility and reputation, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Forecast and analyze the growth potential and ROI of marketing campaigns, making informed recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement and track performance metrics, providing regular reporting on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives against established goals.
Requirements:
  • MBA in marketing or a related field, combined with 10-12 years of expertise in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Demonstrable leadership and management skills, particularly in optimizing landing pages, setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines, and leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development to enhance campaign effectiveness.
