The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid campaigns and strategies, as well as day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and social media advertising to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Achieving/exceeding SBU Revenue Targets and other Business Unit Parameters.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Presenting daily/weekly/monthly reports of acquisition campaigns progress to the team and clients.
  • Religiously tracking funnel conversion and identifying key areas for improvement. Engaging with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results.
  • Developing account strategy and media plan based on client brief, prioritizing and managing retainer clients' expectations.
  • Contributing to client strategy, planning key campaign optimizations and oversight of digital campaigns, including display, shopping campaigns, UAC, video, social etc for all the clients.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies with clients to ideate, plan, and execute brand strategy & vision with opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell, working closely with the account managers.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of biddable media digital platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms found with e-commerce products. E-commerce platform knowledge like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Paid marketing experience delivering a good ROAS is an absolute must.
  • A self-starter and results-oriented individual with an ability to be detail-oriented without losing track of the big picture.
  • An ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A stay-up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and tools.
