Learning and Development Lead

Role Overview:

Drive organizational capability, leadership development, and talent readiness by spearheading the creation and execution of Management Development Centers (MDCs), Assessment Centers, and Capability Building Frameworks aligned with business goals.

  • Design and implement a pan-India L&D strategy to drive business transformation and growth.
  • Establish and operationalize MDCs and Assessment Centres for leadership pipeline development.
  • Build organizational capabilities across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains.

Talent & Leadership Development:

Develop succession planning frameworks and high-potential talent programs to create customized learning journeys for different employee segments.

  • Lead executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives to drive leadership development.
  • Integrate digital learning platforms across locations to promote blended learning models.
  • Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

Collaborate with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deploy solutions.

  • Act as a change agent for cultural transformation and continuous learning.
  • Manage external partnerships with universities, consultants, and tech providers.

Governance & ROI:

Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and industry-specific training mandates.

Desired Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • 10–18 years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in automotive or manufacturing sector.
