- Record and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote informed decision-making.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions when needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, respecting patient confidentiality and privacy.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Any Graduate) or higher from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and situations, maintaining a positive attitude.
