  • As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining expert-level knowledge of assigned products and services.
  • You will also oversee staff scheduling, maintain low attrition rates, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • A key responsibility will include monitoring customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory, leading daily team huddles, and communicating operational updates.
  • You will conduct effective coaching and feedback sessions, manage follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for yourself and your team.
  • The ideal candidate will review and analyze B2B Service Cloud and DOMO reports, share performance metrics weekly, serve as an escalation point for customer cases, and manage resolution and documentation.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for providing reporting and analysis results to Directors for quality evaluations completed, including trend results.
