Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a senior business leader to drive growth and profitability in our Ed-tech firm.
  • The Associate Business Head will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Deliverables:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the organization's P&L
  • Risk management, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Experience in the Edtech industry is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take risks

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
