Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

ProStaffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development: Design and implement user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
  • Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Python, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
  • Testing: Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
  • Deployment: Manage and optimize deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and bugs in both frontend and backend applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Frontend: Proficiency in React, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Backend: Strong experience with Python, including frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Database: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • API Development: Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
