We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Simulation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for independently handling and executing CAE activities with a focus on component-level safety systems.

This role involves a range of responsibilities including:

  • Executing meshing and simulation projects with minimal guidance and full ownership.
  • Delivering quality results on time.
  • Learning and adopting new tools, processes, and methods to execute diverse tasks.
  • Supporting simulation activities across multiple teams for steering wheel projects.
  • Taking responsibility and ownership of personal deliverables and supporting team activities.
  • Performing conclusive analysis of test and simulation results to drive improvements.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics. Proficiency in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post, ESI tools, and Primer is essential. Experience in Abaqus/LS-Dyna (Basic) - Implicit and Explicit Analysis is also required. Additionally, the candidate should possess good communication skills and be a strong team player.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate adaptability to changing business scenarios and flexibility to work in different shifts. A knowledge of Ansa, Abaqus, Visual Crash, and steering wheel simulation activities/products would be an added advantage.
