Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Nine Degree, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients. This position demands a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering innovative design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and oversight to design projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bold ideas and solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with account teams and clients to understand project needs and offer strategic design insights.
  • Brand Development: Contribute to the evolution of brand identities, ensuring cohesive visual language across various touchpoints.
  • Digital Design: Create compelling designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital marketing materials.
  • Print Design: Develop print materials such as brochures, packaging, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Visualization: Create visual representations of concepts, ideas, and data to enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Design Trends: Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate best practices in both digital and traditional media into your work.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
RequirementsExperience and Skills Required
  • 4-6 years of experience in a graphic design role, with a proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, digital design, print media, and creative visualization.
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant AI tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience in creating designs for both digital and print mediums.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to apply them in design work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and mentoring junior designers.
