Internal Audit Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Internal Audit team. Our mission is to provide objective and innovative assurance services, evaluating risks, controls, and governance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of audits, including Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and potentially global audits. They will support audit engagements, lead business process reviews, and prepare reports based on audit results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal audits under the direction of senior management.
  • Perform audits across multiple zones and regions.
  • Support audit engagements, including budgeting and staffing assignments.
  • Lead business process reviews to evaluate internal controls and operations efficiency.
  • Determine compliance with established policies and legislation.
  • Prepare reports based on audit results and management action plans.
  • Maintain timely communication with business management on audit progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Computer Science.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in an audit-related role within a Big-4 accounting firm or large corporation's internal audit department.
  • General knowledge of risk/control frameworks (COSO, COBIT).
  • Professional accounting/audit certification (CPA, CIA, etc.) or IT certification preferred.
  • FMC/GManufacturing experience preferred; Sarbanes-Oxley experience preferred; US GAAP/IFRS experience preferred; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and outgoing with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think and work analytically.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
