Experienced UI/UX Designer

  • Design visually appealing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web & mobile apps.
  • Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers & developers to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain robust design systems for enterprise-level applications that promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
  • Freshers with strong design portfolios are encouraged to apply; experienced designers with enterprise app design experience will be given preference
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / InVision design tools
  • Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems principles
  • Understanding of user research methodologies, personas, and usability testing techniques
  • Ability to design engaging enterprise app interfaces (dashboards, workflows, data visualization)
  • Good problem-solving, creative thinking & communication skills
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) – a plus
