- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the offer process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in using HR software and systems.
